We had our first doctor's appointment and ultrasound last Wednesday and everything went great! Cole took the day off so he was able to go with me to everything and we both got to see our baby together at the very same time. The baby's heart was beating strong and it was so amazing to hear that little heartbeat and realize just how big God is. Its little arms and legs are just starting to develop (thus, the "teddy graham" stubs in the photo) but the ultrasound tech said we were right on track for 8 weeks. We were only able to take this one photo with our phones but next time we'll have a whole film reel to show you. The next ultrasound will be mid-April and we'll get to find out the sex then! We can't wait to know what color to start shopping for.

hahaha i know for real..... we'll definitely let you know exactly what to look out for with miley... she, too, has gotten brave and started taking stuff off shelves/tables..but her fave contraband is SOCKS! she could find a sock at the bottom of a landfill.
